Damaris Hollingsworth has an Architectural and Urban Planning degree from the Faculdade de Arquitetura & Urbanismo at University of Sao Paulo, Brazil. Having moved to the Unites States of America in 2006, Damaris has since become a Registered Architect, a LEED accredited professional and holds a NCARB certificate.
Damaris’ dynamic and engaging personality combined with her global and multicultural background enables her to connect with people from all walks of life. Her approachability makes people feel relevant and the outcome of her work makes it clear that all voices matter.
With vibrancy and grace, Damaris is poised to expand the reach of inclusive architecture as a way to promote social justice and to beautify all communities. Her design solutions are deeply rooted in the people it serves, while responding to both community values and economic realities. Her resiliency inspires all around her to be productive and stay engaged.
Wade has thus far enjoyed a career through several decades; including roles of principal, designer, project leader, business development lead. He also brings a multitude of experiences from a range of firms from small to large; while with a diverse array of markets and project types.
Wade’s accomplishments as a project, client relationship, and business development principal includes serving as the visionary leader responsible for implementing his prior firm’s growth in the healthcare, higher education, science, and sports markets; while also leading the overall recruitment effort, encompassing strategic hires from a national base. His efforts as such have further fueled a focus on establishing national presence and developing key relationships.
Wade also has a background as a designer concentrating on very thoughtful and unique forms, with a keen eye for efficiency, constructability, and prominence. Wade often draws on his other life-long pastimes involving music and sports, as inspiration for his drive and approach towards the practice of architecture.
Jyotsna Sivaguru
AIA, NOMA, LEED Green Associate
Jyotsna Sivaguru is a Licensed Architect with a master’s degree in architecture from The University of Texas at Arlington. She is a firm believer that good design should create significant connections with its social and natural environment. With a passion for creating inclusive spaces, Jyotsna draws on her experiences from living and working in multiple states in two different countries to ensure that diverse perspectives are considered in a contextual, intentional design approach.
Sam Busman
NCARB, AIA, NOMA
Sam Busman is a Registered Architect and NCARB certificate holder who is passionate about building more equitable environments through collaborative community building and empathetic design. He teaches design courses at University of Minnesota’s college of Design Architecture program where he also holds a Master’s Degree of Architecture with a focus in Urban Design. Sam believes that design is best approached as a collaborative and inclusive action and should be treated with a healthy dose of humor and humility.
Sangyong Hahn
AIA, NOMA
Sangyong Hahn, born and raised in South Korea, is a licensed architect with a Master of Architecture from the University of Minnesota. He believes that architecture, the essential foundation of life, can improve the quality of life through design. His diverse experiences, ranging from rammed earth construction to digital fabrication with parametric design, have shaped his interest in sustainability, craftsmanship, and architectural details.
